Jacquiline Morningstar founded the Scarlet Magazine in 1970 as a female-based

magazine that talked about female issues such as the fight against gender-based violence and

equality. The company was started in Newyork then expanded all over the world as

Jacquiline was a feminist and wanted to fight for the rights of women, especially in the US.

The company's mission was to create strategies and programs that would give women the

boldness to fight against equality, gender-based violence, and empowerment of females in

society. The company's vision is relevant to date as it aims at making sure every woman on

earth is respected, can control her own life, and has the potential to reach her goals. The CEO

of the company chose a female magazine because every day, there is a case of women or girls

abused sexually, raped, discriminated against, bullied, disrespected, and treated unjustly

because society judges them by their sexual orientation. For a long time, women have been

silent despite the unfair treatment. Still, Jacquiline had to talk to the world and reach them

through the magazine by making everyone understand that every person deserves equal

rights, respect, and opportunity to determine their own life.

At first, men felt threatened by the magazine as they felt that power was taken away

from them, especially if women became enlightened. Most men did not allow women to get

in touch with the magazine, but with the growth of technology, scarlet opened social media

where it was easier for women to access it. The readers and followers began to reach high

numbers, and within no time, it was among the most followed organization across the globe.

There were many conversations on treating a woman and the roles she should perform. In

some regions, especially Africa, men believed a woman should handle house chores, and

there was no need for educating her since she would get married. Since then, many feminists

have become part of the Scarlet Magazine. They have held meetings across the world on

empowering the girl child through various activities like giving them scholarships and

creating job opportunities since the magazine built branches almost in every country. The

company, however, has majored more in the empowerment of women than the boy child has

felt left out and less privileged. A team manages the company of women who represent every

country, and they oversee the future of women. The company has achieved a lot because

many women have acquired respect, become in control and are heads of various companies,

are in the governments and make laws, and it is almost reaching the target of equality.

The company has various goals on caring for and protecting women's rights. Firstly,

(Fassbender, 2021). equality to all genders locally, nationally, and globally. The magazine

promotes non-violent works that eliminate all forms of violence against women. It also

supports all people's access to voting and political activities regardless of their gender status

opposes gender discrimination, sexual orientation, ethnicity, color, and marital status. It also

supports equal job opportunities and eliminates institutional barriers faced by women in some

careers like engineering. The magazine also helps achieve equality for women, transgender

people, lesbians, and intersex.

To achieve these goals, women have to start respecting each other and protecting

themselves from harm, whether physical or psychological. They also have to come up against

people who want to cause damage to them. Women also have to support each other to live

freely and happily. For change to occur fully, people need to understand that feminism is a

norm that requires all humans to deserve equal rights and opportunities. Still, since most

societies are patriarchal, they always make an exception for women. Every child has a right

to access the education and career they want for themselves. Organizations should also stop

the norms that house chores are women's work. Feminists have helped people to come out

labels they were initially Putin and women had come together to work through pain and

suffering.

The feminist magazine has helped raise awareness to all people throughout the globe

on how to fight back from the ill norms of society. The magazine has also helped raise issues

in an open and safe environment to become more ethical and responsible. Through various

stories of heroines, women have been able to acknowledge survival tactics and ways to deal

with horrible things that happened to them. For those in remote areas where women still

experience violence and other forms of ill-treatment, the governments have taken legal

information.

Recently, the company has published its performance, and it indicates the results for

both genders are almost similar. In engineering and piloting, women are bossier and

judgemental, especially the managers. On the other hand, men are not so keen on developing

specialized skills. Therefore the company has put performance appraisals that they should

include men in the magazine in the future so that the system can be fair and formal. It will

help develop healthy competition and balanced self-criticism for a successful company. Most

men hate being corrected and are likely to give negative feedback to anyone who signals

negative feedback to them, unlike women who are easy to repair. Leadership strategies

explain how members' social networking and involvement lead to more productivity.
