Brenda is my sister, and she practices yoga to keep herself physically and mentally well. At home, she
practices in the living room every morning. When she has the day off, she goes to the park in front of her
house and practices there. Once a day, she takes a break and doesn't practice. Usually, she practices 40
minutes a day and takes 10 minutes to meditate. Her diet is balanced she eats a lot of vegetables, and
her favorite food is pasta. Brenda likes to be in good physical condition and yoga is the best option for
