RFI Question:

Section 01850 of Volume 3, Part C, Special Provisions - Mandatory Spare Parts calls for 5,000 feet of
750kcmil Insulated Feeder Cable. Based on the final Load Flow study, it was determined that the sizes for
the 46kV power cables would be 1250 kcmil and 600 kcmil.

We would like to propose that the spare power cable lengths be as follows:

600 kcmil = 3,000 feet (total amount to be installed ~ 30,000 feet with longest cable run of about 350 feet)

1250 kcmil = 2,000 feet (total amount to be installed ~ 8,000 feet with longest cable run of about 350 feet)
