1. Summary of the Project

1.1 Narrative Report of Accomplishment (use extra sheets as needed)

The project entitled “THE MEALenuem PLATE” aims to to improve the nutrition of
children, provide effective and sustainable source of nutritional meals to improve the health and
welfare of these individuals and reduce and prevent malnutrition or undernutrition with the help
of the Barangay Officials, NGOs and LGUs. The candidate envisions a children to empower them
and give them proper nutrition to go on with their everyday lives and be more responsible
students; eventually helping them aspire to a brighter future. Ultimately, the benefits of feeding
programs go beyond providing nutritious meals to children in her barangay. The candidate also
plans for a long-term project on health and also share her ideas to the other communities
to help them also to have a better way of living in our society.

1.2 Effect on the:

Community

The community will understand the importance of proper hygiene and good health to their
lives. They will also be aware of the pro’s and con’s of why they need proper health and hygiene.

Candidate

The candidate will understand the importance of good health and proper hygiene.
She also became more responsible citizen in her community by contributing a better way to serve
her community even in small way.

The project will be sustained through the combined effort of the Chief Girl Scout

the vision of the project of a better and greener community.
