CONDITIONS
1. The above agreement for Phase 2 (reduced T&C activites) requirements prior to Nov 11 2022 Special event is based on the condition that all the MEP systems will be
adequately manned from the time of preparing for the special event and until the end of special event.
2.Please note the Operator's access to site for preparing for the special event along with the Special Event taking place is subject to approvals from the
relevant Authorities.
3. It is mandatory for the Contractor to complete all Phase 3 T&C activites and offer for inspections to CML & DEC for sign off prior to issuance of ToC.
4. Prior to raising for the Phase 2 T&C activites DEC to be provided with the marked up drawings of the areas that are part of the Nov11 special event. SBJV to raise for the
T&C activites for Phase 2 only for areas that are shown in the marked plans (i.e special event areas)
