Is the teaching of Rizal course realistic given the dangers and sensitivity of literature as means
of communication in learning nationalism, patriotism, and volunteerism? Do we really learn
nationalism and patriotism with the present pedagogy of Rizal course?

Yes, there is a ton of literature regarding Filipino nationalism, patriotism, and

voluntarism that was written by numerous authors of diverse ancestries. In order to stimulate the
application of such ideas to contemporary social and personal difficulties and issues, it is vital to
study Rizal's life work and writings. This will help you understand the significance of the Rizal
course in connection to current social conditions and situations.

By teaching the Filipinos about the life and work of our National Hero, who devotes his
entire life to our country, we may help them develop a sense of nationalism and patriotism.
Through a variety of social science fields, it introduces the Filipino to the beauty of studying
Jose Rizal's life and writings.

Therefore, we are unable to guarantee that the information contained in
