1. Install O-ring seal (48) onto oil level sensor (46).

2. Install O-ring seal (47) onto oil level sensor (45).

3. Install oil level sensor (45) and oil temperature sensor (46).

4. Install cover (41), filter (42), O-ring seals (43), and sleeve (44). Use Tooling (B) to install retaining ring (40).

5. Install breather assembly (39).

Improper assembly of parts that are spring loaded can cause

bodily injury.

To prevent possible injury, follow the established assembly

procedure and wear protective equipment.

6. Install O-ring seal (38) onto drain plug (37). Install drain plug (37) into drain valve (32). Install O-ring seal (33). Install valve (34), spring (35),
and valve guide (36).

7. Install drain valve (32). Install nuts (31).

8. Install strainer (30) and lock ring (29) into the filler tube.

9. Install ball (24), plate (25), and gasket (26) into filler cap (23).
Install filler cap (23), ring (27), and retaining ring (28) into cover (22).

10. Install the washers, the O-ring seals, and tube assemblies (21). Install bolts (20).

12. Install plate (15), grommet (16), and sight glass (17). Install O-ring seals (14) from retainer (11).

13. Install the gauge assembly (13) and retainer (11). Hold retainer (11) while you install bolts (12).

14. Thoroughly clean the sealing surface of both halves of the hydraulic oil tank. Install a new gasket.

15. Attach Tooling (A) to hydraulic oil tank (1). Attach a suitable lifting device to Tooling (A), as shown. The weight of half of hydraulic oil tank is
approximately 125 kg (275 lb). Use the suitable lifting device to install the upper half of hydraulic oil tank (1).

16. Install bolts (10). Install bolts (8) and bracket (9) onto tank assembly (1).

17. Use a suitable lifting device to position the hydraulic oil tank. Install clip (7).

18. Attach a suitable lifting device to plate (6), as shown. The weight of plate (6) is approximately 80 kg (175 lb). Install plate (6).

19. Install bolts (4). Connect harness assembly (5).

20. Install ladder (3) onto hydraulic oil tank (1). Install bolts (2).

End By:

a. Install the hydraulic tank. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hydraulic Tank - Install".
