Interview Questions:

1. To adapt to today's societal developments, women have taken on a variety of

responsibilities. There are many various roles that women perform in the household and
society, including that of wife, mother, and leader. What role(s) do you feel you serve as
a woman, specifically?
bilang isang babae?)
As a woman who is completely a mother. The role I play every day is to be a responsible
mother to my children at the same time as being a responsible employee. It's not a joke to do
those two duties at the same time, but because I'm used to it, it becomes easy for me.
2. One of the most prevalent types of inequality in the world is gender inequality. Based on
your experience, do you believe that men and women are not treated equally at work? If
yes, in what areas or situations (such as hiring, pay, performance appraisals, and training)
do you experience this?
Based on my work experience, I can say that the management is equal regardless of the
gender of their employees.
3. As stated previously, women perform big roles in our country; they can be a wife,
partner, mother, worker, and a caregiver. In your own perspective, what can you say
about the fact that women in the Philippines play a variety of roles? (Gaya ng nabanggit
kanina, ang mga kababaihan ay ginagampanan ang malalaking tungkulin sa ating bansa;
maaari silang maging asawa, kapareha, ina, manggagawa, at tagapag-alaga.

I agree that women in the Philippines are the ones who can perform various duties in our
country. First of all, there is no discrimination in our country when it comes to gender. And I
believe that all women are capable of multi-tasking, which is one of the best characteristics
of women.
4. Over time, the world has made progress toward attaining gender equality. In many parts
of the world, women now are more fairly represented in politics and have access to
greater economic prospects and healthcare. However, what do you consider to be the
main reasons of gender inequality, particularly in the Philippines?

I think one of the reasons why men and women were not treated equally back then was
because they believed that only men had the ability to lead, because they were the only ones who
were stronger, wholehearted and have the ability to obey the people, the women lost their right to
express what talent or ability they have in leading a place or community.
