    1, Angel Angel Super Alcohol Active Dry Yeast is the first new biotechnology product in China and has been widely used in the produ
    ction of drinking alcohol, dehydrated alcohol and fuel ethanol. It has been recognized by many manufacturers, and its products and 
    application techniques have been commented by alcohol technical expert as national initiative, the international leader. 

    2, The product can immediately restore to normal cell state after rewatering, and it features tolerance with acid (PH2.5), ethanol (> 18
    % v / v), glucose (60% glucose). 

    3, It has greater reproductive capacity and inhibits bacteria growth, which ensures the continuity of fermentation; 

    4, The main fermentation is fast with fast sugar consumption, which shortens the fermentation time; 

    5, The fermentation is complete, reducing sugar residue mash; 

    6, The product can achieve high concentration alcohol fermentation, improve the volume of fermented wine, shorten the fermentatio
    n time, reduce cost of water, electricity, and gas.  The results vary according to different raw materials and mash different concentratio
