    Dear Mr. Flores,

    I am Sherry Gin E. Balayo, an incoming second year student in BS Criminology. I am writing to request
    about my late enrollment to be accepted.

    I was not able to enroll last week due to the weak signal I had encountered in the province. I was in the
    province because I attended my Grandmother's 80th birthday celebration. It would make her happy if
    she sees us complete in her special day especially she is still from the healing process of my
    Grandfather's death. The other day, I tried to find a good signal but it seems impossible due to the
    strong wind and rains. We can't afford to buy wifi that is why I only used data for the online enrollment.
    I did my best to find a way so that I can enroll before the deadline. I am sorry for not enrolling at the said
    time. I am hoping that you will consider my request regarding my late enrollment. I would appreciate
    your immediate attention to this matter. Thank you in advance!
