COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course provides emphasis on the Constitutional Rights of persons arrested, placed under investigation, search and seizure. It takes on the conduct of Interview and
Interrogation of suspects, person of Interest and witnesses and simulates on the different crimes against person, economic crimes, and other special laws on transnational

COURSE REQUIREMENTS
Face-to-face classes will be for one hour per week. Learning materials such as module, manual, book, and e-journal will be provided ahead of time. Thus, you should prepare for these
discussions by reading these assigned materials. Topics to be discussed face-to-face would be in the form of questioned and answer to maximize the time.

Remote teaching will be done online and offline. Learning materials such as modules, e-books, and manuals will be given also for offline activities and assessments. Discussions online
will be done asynchronously and synchronously. Learning materials will be assigned and be accessed through our official FB page, or messenger group chats. Online discussions will be done
in zoom, messenger, or in Google meet platforms. All assessments shall be sent through my e-mail.

Additional Information:
1. A Messenger Group Chat will be created for the subject specifically which will be used for immediately answering queries.
2. A closed Facebook group will be created for the posting of announcements, syllabus, assignments, rubrics, directions, laboratory manuals, videos, or links of instructional
materials.
