GENERALINSTRUCTIONS FORALL THE EVENTS

1. For all the events kindly adhere to the instructions about the formats and date of submission as
mentioned below.

2. The School Registration to be done through the link: https://forms.gle/1HLVdY6Dp3vmYH5w6

3. The Registration of the events has to done at the respective Event Mail ld given along with the
Event details. Send the name and contact details of the student participating along with the
name and contact details of the concerned teacher while making the registration of the student.

4. The student entries should be submitted using the naming pattern {'school name-event

5. The quality of videos, audios and images mailed in respective events should be cdear and of high
resolution to facilitate the judgement process.

6. The results of all the Events will be uploaded on the school website: bbpsrohini.balbharati.org
on 23d August 2022
7. All participants will be awarded E- certificates.

8. All material submitted to the host school will become the property of the host school.

9. The decision of the judges will be final and binding.

10. The host school will participate but not compete.

11. Event Incharges should be contacted after 3:00 pm only.

Last date of Registration: 22nd July 2022

Online submission of entries: 30th July 2022

Offline Competitions : 6th August 2022

RULES
Students will prepare an E-Brochure on the given theme.
The story could be of an individual/group of individual; ancient/medieval period of the
world.
Proper and relevant information in relation to the chosen story should be incorporated.
I t should explain the histories and reasons why different groups of people immigrate,
why they want to leave their home country etc.
Explain the processes they go through to assimilate to their new country.
Use of appropriate pictures is mandatory.
T h e final brochure PDF is to be sent to the event mail id sst-vi-vii@rh.balbharati.org and
the subject of the mail is to be given as School name_ Event name. The names of the
participants and their classes are to be mentioned in the mail also.
