Suggestion- Incorporate NEP in school

 Students could get vocational training during their school years.

 Internship could be arranged for grade 9 and 11 in various field by the school. Students
could do internship during their summer break.
 Students of grade 10 could appear for National talent search education (NTSC) to help
identify gifted and talented students in various field.
 Kishore Vaigyanik Protsatna Yojana (KVPY) exam is a scholarship exam for students
interested in science as a career could be implemented for their academic development.
 NISHTHA and CPD (Continuous Professional Development) could be incorporated for
teachers to enhance their skills and learn new techniques every year.
 For Special Children- Teachers could undergo workshops in handling and including special
need of children during class time.
 Also, Teachers along with school counsellors could attend workshop which will help develop
individual remedial class activities as well as curriculum as per their subject.
