CompTIA Integration Announcement

All college students enrolled in the following courses have an advantage in

CompTIA integration.

CompTIA integration for 4 courses namely:

AMAES Course CompTIA Certification
ITE6101 Computing Fundamentals CompTIA ITF+
IT6284 Cloud Computing and Security CompTIA Cloud Essentials
CYBS6374 Information Assurance and Security 4 CompTIA Security+
CYBS6375 Information Assurance and Security 5 CompTIA CySA+

Details:
1. When a student enrolls on any of the 4 courses, they would get the modules (via LMS) and exam
voucher (via discipulus platform)
2. Vouchers will be released via DC(discipulus) platform after finals exam once the students have paid in
full and would be able to use once released. Vouchers have expiration dates indicated.
3. 1 voucher per course indicated above would be given to students enrolled from 2213 onwards.
4. Each voucher can only be used on a single take of the certification exam via Pearson VUE
(https://home.pearsonvue.com/)
5. All these advantages are gained at a fraction of the cost (increase in tuition fee).
6. Students can access the vouchers via discipulus menu [ Menu > Payment > Student Voucher ]

Pros:
1. Students get to access modules from the certification tracks directly embedded into the courses and
its exam voucher(s).
2. Students that would take and pass the certification exams would be more competitive and have a
huge advantage when even before they graduate.
3. Certification exams do not affect their grades but is highly recommended since they already would
gain the exam voucher(s).
