The land of the Deccan is known for producing famous people.
For this reason, Hazrat Banda Nawaz Gesu’s Daraz’s holy foot
arrived in it, and for it there is excellence and favour in the region.
In the family of Khaja Sahab were born many like jewels and
gems  and among them, Hazrat Aminuddin Abu Faiz Sahab is
one. And he was omnidirectional, a maker of history and a patron
of his holy ancestors. During his lifetime, all areas of the Deccan
were illuminated by his magnificence of spiritual light.
During the rule of Sulan Alauddin Bahmani, Hazrat Khaja Abul
Faiz Sahab came to Bidar  and his name was Syed Min Allah
Hussaini Khaja Abul Faiz bin Syed Ashagar Hussaini.
Hazrat’s early education and training was completed by the
supervision and guardianship of Qutub of Deccan, and his
ancestor was Hazrat Khaja Banda Nawaz. Hazrat's ancestor did
the Bismilla recitation ceremony for Hazrat personally, and when
Hazrat was six years old, he was able to read the holy Quran
fluently. And by the age of nine years, Hazrat had become Quran-
Conner.
When Hazrat became 12 years old, then syntax, works of
philosophy and logic,then he obtained perfection and power. After
completion of syntax and works of philosophy and logic, he has
obtained knowledge of hadith, fiqa (Islamic juruspricdtion), and
rules of fiqa from different leanred persons.In particular, he has
obtained knowledge of the important book of Fiqa from his father,
Syed Asghar Hussaini, who was a famous and learned person of
his time. And by 17 years old, he had completed the above
knowledge and works of philosophy and logic, and he included
himself among the people of knowledge and excellence. And he
has sat on the seat of teaching and instruction on the first Rabibil
Awwal in the year 828 Hijiri on a permanent basis and established
the link between teaching and instruction. At that time, Hazrat
was 18 years old. And many judges' personalities as well as other
famous and well-known learned people of the time were attuned
to his teaching and instruction. And very soon, his fame for
knowledge and excellence  as well as knowledge of Qaziat
(judges), piety, and perfection, reached many distant places. As a
result, many people thirsty for knowledge and education flocked
to his presence and sat in his classes as his students. And his circle
of students and people in his good graces grew quickly. Shaikhs
and learned people as well as Sufi people benefited from much
knowledge and spiritual favour.
Hazrat left this mortal world on the 6 th Rabbil Awwal in the year
879 Hijiri, on a Thursday corresponding to the 26th July in the
year 1474 A.D. When he was engaged in the daily recitals after
performing Fajar congregational prayer, suddenly there was the
sound of ‘Allah Akbar’ and his soul left for another world. And
Hazrat Kaleem Allah Hussaini performed his funeral prayer.
At the funeral of Sultan Mohammed Shah Bahmani, his ministers,
shaikhs, learned people, Sufi people, and Fakirs, as well as the
whole people of the city of Bidar, were present.
The Urs, or death anniversary of the three days, will be celebrated
on the 6,7,8th of Rabbil Awwal in the shrine and in the tomb of
Hazrat in Bidar at two places every year with much respect and
honour.
