Situation: Your mother assigned you the task to clean all the tools and kitchen utensils used in the preparation of
food for lunch. In two or three paragraphs. Explain the different tasks to be fulfilled/accomplished. Write your
answer in your test notebook. Below is the rubric to guide you in assessing the tasks of cleaning and
sanitizing kitchen tools and equipment.

Watch a video presentation on how to sanitize kitchen tools and equipment and make a narrative report about
what you have learned in the presentation. Be guided by the following questions:

4. Is there an appropriate application of safety measures in the
presentation?

using oslo paper, coloring materials, pencil, white board marker, and ruler. Your slogan will be rated using the
