Learning Outcomes
Conduct a critical analysis & evaluation of a project and define the main
elements of project that require managing and controlling across PLC.
Ability to define the project scope from an initial proposal and then to
further enquire and clarify it through a series of questions to the project
owner {Project Sponsor/ stakeholder(s)}.
For your Semester Project each TEAM will be creating a detailed Project
Management Plan document for one of the assigned topics, as per final list
issued. Remember the chosen topics were assigned to your teams according to
your interest however selection of the project approach must be discussed in
your initiation documents.

Plagiarism
This is a group based coursework and hence all work must be exclusively
done by your group. You must not show your work in progress or finished work
to any other group. Any work that is copied, in whole or part, may score zero.
Referencing
Just an extension on the plagiarism part any report without appropriate
detailed references will be considered as a case of plagiarism and will be
awarded zero directly.
FINAL PRESENTATION
Only best of three Project Management Plans (Securing 80% and above
scores) shall qualify for Penal Presentation.
