Scope Description
The purpose is to attract more donators by doing promotions and marketing through different platforms
like ( instagram, facebook, tiktok and twitter) our purpose is to build a trust with our donators so in the
near future they prefer us for their donations.
We communicate with our customers/Donators face to face or by calling them online.
Acceptance Criteria for the Project Objectives
 Identify customer
 Make update documents on donators
 Highlight customer who are willing to donate.
 Promote the foundation through word and social media
 During ramadam we work maximum to collect more than enough for the free treatment and
medicine
 We meet the deadline.
 And we collect the cheque.

Project Deliverables
 All the milestones should be meeting on their dates.
 Make sure that donator has a good relation with our foundation.
 Build trust
 good behavior
 foundation promotion

Exclusions

Our team uses digital marketing like social apps for advertisement to better convey our message for the
donators.
That’s why we control the management plan and easily control process.
