What is your foundation goal? What is the one goal that is the
most important? The one that will create the foundation for all
other goals or will create the most significate change?

downside of not achieving it?
What is the price you need to pay to achieve the goal? What do you
need to give up or let go of?
Recognize the gap: What is your starting point? Where are you
now in relation to your goal? On a scale of 1-10, if your goal is 10,
how will your rank where you are now?
What will be two steps up from where you are (so if you are now
four on the scale, what will bring you to 6)? What will bring you to 4
steps up? Keep breaking down the steps you need to take to reach
your goal. Create an action plan.
What obstacles are standing in between you and your foundation goal, and how can you remove
them?
What can distract you from getting your goal and set you off track?
What skills, habits, or knowledge you need to develop in order you reach your goal?
What will help you achieve your goal (your strengths, wisdom, skills, and other people)?
What will help you to focus on your goal and bring more energy to achieving it?
Imagine that in the next year nothing will change, how will you feel? Are you O.K. with that?
