Our Company
NeuroSky prides itself on one thing being the best at everything we (pun intended) put our minds to! From our founders vision, inspired by an elementary conceptconsumer-friendly biosensorsgrew a company that identifies itself with the emerging Brain-Computer-Interface (BCI) revolution, natural interfaces, and the vast applicability of brainwavereading devices. Our evolution has been rather astonishing, establishing NeuroSky as the world leader in costeffective and wearable biosensor and signal processing technology tailored uniquely to the consumer market. NeuroSky is a B2B NeuroSky company. Since Headquarters our early beginnings, we have built San Jose, CA U.S.A. a strong and steady stream of clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to promising start-ups in both the consumer and industrial markets. We anticipate an exciting 2009, filled with many new and innovative product announcements from our partners.
Marubeni Corp. is the licensed distributor of NeuroSky products in Japan.

Our consumer-focused philosophy has lead us to develop the worlds first, dry, single-channel, EEG sensor product that addresses core wearability and price factors critical to the consumer market. Whats more, our smart sensor technology has built-in mental state translational algorithms that provide a complete, embedded solution, all on a single device.

Our Buying Process


Initial contacts are placed either through our web site or at marketing@NeuroSky.com. Our clients enter into a development license agreement and mutual NDA with NeuroSky to obtain (MindKit) development kits to establish their developmental path. Once clients enter a commercialization phase, the parties enter into a separate Supply Agreement. NeuroSky may then furnish the client with either (ThinkGear) components (for clients to build their own headsets) or with offthe-shelf (MindSet) headsets (for clients seeking a ready-made headset solution). NeuroSky currently does not sell its products directly to the end-consumer.

Our current product lines offer one-stop shopping for brainwave-reading (EEG) development kits, components and singleEEG channel headsets. We license our technology to develMindSet Headsets opers, researchers and manufacturing OEMs who create applications that bundle with our solutions.
