I. Preliminaries

 Margin: 1in Left, Right ,Bottom and Top.


 Font Size—12
 Paper Size: Short Size Bondpaper
 Font Style – Times New Roman
 Double Space
 TITLE PAGE = refer to the given example on the next page.
 ACKNOWLEDGMENT = is a one page expression of appreciation to individuals or
the group of individuals who have given assistance to the students in the course of
his/her alternative work Immersion learning experience. The name of the student should
be printed in capital letters on the right side of the page four spaces after the last line of
the paragraph.
 TABLE OF CONTENTS = is the list of chapter titles. The titles are placed near the
left margin and the page number is near the right margin. The title and the page number
are separated by the light dotted lines.
II. The Body
A. INTRODUCTION:
1 to 2 pages only which contains a brief background regarding the Work Immersion in
the K-12 Curriculum, its importance, application or impact to the Grade 12 students.

 Objectives of Work Immersion. - the student enumerates what are expected (from them)
at the end of the alternative work immersion experience.
 Work Immersion Scheme- Briefly write the essence of the alternative work immersion
scheme assigned to the group/student
