1. Company description:
Company’s name: Banco Fallabella
History of the company: Prosefin was created in 1995 and the next
year the company was incorporated under the name of Financiera CMR.
In January 1997, the first customers with the CMR Card were captured.
and in 1999 the first passive product was launched on the market: Fixed
Term Savings. In 2001, the first Financial Center in the province was
inaugurated at the Piura. After three years, the CMR Puntos program
was launched on the market, as well as the Effective Credit and the
Vehicle Credit. In August 2007, approval was obtained from the SBS to
begin operations as Banco Falabella. In addition, passive products such
as Classic Savings, Programmed Savings and CTS were launched.
