want to make over the next 3-4 days. Then select below your produce/perishable ingredients to purchase. Some
recipes use some of the same produce and herbs, so it is smart to select recipes that use similar ingredients -
make sure to get enough.

Buy organic for all fresh produce if possible, and absolutely for the ones with * next to it - because those are more
likely to be contaminated with pesticides, or be genetically modified. The ones without stars are okay to buy
conventional if you can not find organic.
