Justification:
This species is assessed as Least Concern as it is widespread with stable populations and does not face
any major threats.
Geographic Range
Range Description:
Phyla nodiflora is native throughout Africa, temperate and tropical Asia, Australasia and tropical
America. In India, it occurs in almost all states at lower elevations (Cook 1996).
