LEASE AGREEMENT

KWOW OF ALL MEN THESE PRESENTS:

This agreement executed and entered into by and between;

ALCEL CONSTRUCTION, a construction outfit organized and existing under the laws of the
Philippines, represented by its general manager, ALEXANDER M. ANG, married of legal age, a
Filipino and a resident of Alaminos City Pangasinan hereinafter to as LESSOR

And
SANPER VENTURES, INC, as CORPORATION, represented and operated by PERCIVAL B. PERALTA
married of legal age a Filipino and a resident of Quezon City, Metro Manila hereinafter to as
LESSEE.
WITHNESSETH
WHEREAS, the lessor is the owner of certain construction equipment listed hereunder as
follows:
1. Three (3) units Backhoe
2. Three (3) units 10 cu.m 6 Wheeler Dump Truck
3. Three (3) units Generator Set

NOW, therefore, for and in consideration of the premises, the party here to have agreed as
follows:
1. That the lessor commits to provide the abovementioned equipment to the lessee on a rental
basis.
2. That the rate per day of the said equipment shall be mutually agreed by both parties based
on the location of the project to wit.
3. That this agreement is quo terminus with the completion of the project entitled SUPPLY OF
LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF 10 UNITS BIOSECURED & CLIMATE-
CONTROLLED SWINE FINISHER OPERATION FACILITY CONSISTING OF SIX (6) LOTS UNDER
INSPIRE PROGRAM FOY FY 2022 (REBID)

ALDRIN M. GARCIA married of legal age a Filipino and a resident of FLORIDABLANCA
PAMPANGA hereinafter to as LESSEE.
WITHNESSETH
WHEREAS, the lessor is the owner of certain construction equipment listed hereunder as
follows:
1. Three (3)units Backhoe
2. Three (3) units 10 cu.m 6 Wheeler Dump Truck
3. Thre (3) units Generator Set

NOW, therefore, for and in consideration of the premises, the party here to have agreed as
follows:
