Productivity can be defined as an economic measure of output per unit of input. Productivity is the
measure of how well the resources are brought together in an organization & utilized for accomplishing
a set of objectives. In this 21st century, all the business sectors are facing many challenges . There are
many improvment tecniques such as process based,product based,tecnology based,management
based,material based, employee based.

The new productivity challenges are given below:

1.There are some employee based challenges like employee disengagement.

2.Managers in ability to guide their team members to recieve a daily goal.

3.To improve the performance & skill of digitalized tools of workers and development sectors workers.

4.Non work related stress or personal problems can have a major impacts on people’s ability to focus
and get things done.

5.Excessive meetings can effect on productivity.
