The subject matter bill has been charged for Rs. 641/- in the month of May 2020. Due to any reason
of delay in the payment of bill within due date, the amount charged by K.E after due date is Rs.
2736/- that is the penalty of Rs. 2095/- which is more than 3 times (327%) the the original amount
whereas according to KE the penalty charged for the payment after due date is 10% of original bill
amount.Therefore you are requested to kindly look into this matter as the current pandemic has cost
many of us financially.Moreover, this is to inform you that the subject matter flat has been vacant
since February 2020 as we have shifted to another house and no TV is being used in this flat
therefore you are also requested to exempt us from TVL fee charge. We would be thankful to
