effectuates your rich culture, beauty, implicit and splendor of your beloved

@ 31 – Soaring, Leading and Empowering with God’s Guidance”, may this
occasion inspire you to further nurture the essence of oneness towards
excellence and continue to stand in solidarity, joining government as it focuses
on creating an equitably progressive Municipality and building a bright future
