J-Hope was born on

February 18, 1994 in
Gwangju, South Korea.
Jung Ho-seok, known by his
stage name J-Hope, is a
rapper, songwriter, singer,
dancer, and producer. In
2013, he debuted as a
member of the group BTS
under the company Big Hit Music.

artist on the chart.
The three singles from the "Daydream"
mixtape, "Hope World" and "Hangsang",

twenty-fourth on World Digital Songs.

mixtape he managed to
reach number 1 on iTunes in
more than 63 countries, he
managed to establish a new
record.
The success of his solo debut took him to
number three on the Emerging Artist
Chart, and number ninety-first on the
Artist 100 Chart. He is the fifth Korean
artist and the second solo artist after PSY
to make the list. After 24 hours the
mixtape managed to be at number 1 on
iTunes in 72 countries including the United
States, Canada, Brazil, Australia, Kenya,
Ukranie, Romania, Italy, United Kingdom
among others.

In less than two hours, his “Daydream” MV

obtained 1 million likes, being the first idol
to reach such a number in such a short
time.
In 2018 it was ranked 88th in the Top 100
of the most beautiful faces of 2018.

first 24 hours of its
realease, the “More”
MV accumulated 17.1 million views and 3.6
million likes o YouTube. In addition, it was
positioned as the most viewed music video
on the platform.
Other records for the “Jack in the Box”
single include: Debuting at No.11 on
Billboard Trends and No.1 in 84 different
iTunes regions inclugind the eigth largest
music markets.
