JOB DESCRIPTION OF CUSTOMER SUCCESS ASSOCIATE

What are we looking for in this role?

Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes managing on-boarding, implementation,
training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Functional Responsibilities

• Maintaining ongoing customer relationships and networking, implementing success programs,


onboarding, and training clients, and minimizing churn.
• Connect existing clients through email, call for renewing the services to reduce the churn.
• Ensure to provide the plans to the client as per their requirements.
• Ensure that immediate measures are taken to improve service depending upon the feedback received
from clients to ensure customer delight
• Ensure timely preparation & submission of weekly & monthly reports.
• Ensure to always updated/maintained correctly in the CRM.
• Work closely with the Process Manager to review the existing reports.
• Upsell, expansion, and upgrades.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, email writing skills


• Highly motivated, well-organized, flexible, and results-oriented
• Excellent Client retention Skills
• Moderate in MS Excel
• Coordinate internally with each department to deliver the output to the client.
• Must have good analytics towards revenue generation
• Must have strong Follow up & Negotiation Skills Client relationship management.
