Dear Zohra Jabeen:

This is just a short note to point out something you may have overlooked. On 5/13/2021, the Board of
Directors and/or its authorized agent noticed that the following items need your attention. Please help
us keep the community safe and beautiful. As neighbors, we all strive to preserve the attractiveness
and harmony of our community so we appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

Please take the necessary steps to resolve this issue.

Sharing passes is not permitted. All guest must have a pass or be entered into
Dwellinglive for access. You have been fined $150 for this action dated 5/12/21.

This violates the following provision(s) of the declaration, by-laws, community wide standard,
guidelines or rules of the Eagles Landing Property Owners Association:

Section 17. Traffic Regulation. Except as herein provided, all vehicular traffic on all streets and
paved areas within the Community shall be subject to the laws of the State of Georgia and Henry
County Georgia concerning operation of motor vehicles in public street and paved areas. The
Association is herby authorized to promulgate, administer and enforce Rules and Regulations
governing vehicular (including Specialty Vehicles and Passenger Vehicles) and pedestrian traffic,
including reasonable safety measures and speed limits, within the Community. The Association
shall be entitled to enforce such Rules and Regulations by establishing such enforcement
procedures as it deems appropriate, including levying of fines for any violations thereof. All
vehicles and devices of any kind and nature which area operated on the streets or paved area
within the Community shall be operated in a careful, prudent, safe and quiet manner and with due
consideration for the rights for all Owners and occupants of Lots. Fees are as follows; First
Citation: $50.00; Second Citation: $100.00; Third and Successive Citations: $150.00.
Traffic citation $150 maximum: 
    Super speeders + 15; equal/greater than 41 mph 
    Reckless driving: no passing zone, tailgating or honking horn, etc. 

Appeals must be made, in writing, by letter or fax within 14 days after postmark on the
Association's letter notification of a fine. Send appeals to the Association at 303 Corporate
Center Dr. Suite 300 A, Stockbridge, Ga 30281 or fax to 770-506-8430.
