Letter to the Judges

Dear Judges: I'm Hammad Peracha, and I appreciate you taking the time to go over my senior

project ‫إن ﺷﺎء ﷲ‬. I hope that my research on the impacts and advantages of hijama therapy will be

helpful to the audience it is designed for, which includes you. Since I already knew a little about

hijama therapy, I won't lie: I didn't have a particular passion for it before starting my project.

Instead, I chose it because Sr. Fayzeh suggested it when I struggled to develop a good idea. It

also sounded like a topic that would be straightforward to research and provide me with a

learning opportunity.

Although, as I started my analysis and looked through the amount of data accessible, I began

to take more special concern in the problem. This, together with the assistance and

encouragement from Dr. Jamal Mujadidi, with whom I worked on this project, made me happy

with my choice. As I worked on this massive research project, I realized that a few crucial

concerns must be addressed before we can come up with ideas for how to reintroduce hijama

therapy into cultures throughout the globe.

How have technological advancements and change forced Hijama practitioners to alter their

techniques more recently? Why is hijama treatment so crucial and necessary, and how will it

change our bodies after receiving it? Does Hijama Therapy work more effectively on adults than

on kids? What kind of illnesses and sicknesses may hijama therapy treat? Is hijama therapy

beneficial for treating diabetes and cancer? Finding the answers to these questions and using

newly acquired information in my product has been a learning experience, unlike anything I have

ever gone through. I am grateful for the assistance and support of my mentor, advisor, father,

various Islamic schools, and you. Once again, ‫ﺟﺰاك ﷲ ﺧﯿﺮا‬
