To experience being a child that will help heal the wounds of
St. Francis 7, Brgy. San Antonio, Binan City, Laguna
VISION
Bahay Pag-asa is an avenue for helping undirected and broken
children in crisis situation turned into a self- reliant and productive
individual who were healed and recovered from their traumatic
experiences, with improved self- image and cope positively well with
different kind of situation.
MISSION
Provide holistic and developmental social interventions geared
towards healing and recovery of its residents through a nurturing and
safe environment for its beneficiaries.
Implement value-based activities and services enabling the clients
achieved empowered life skills that contribute for the welfare of the
community.
GOAL
Beneficiaries of Bahay Pag-asa undergone reformation where they
achieved full growth on their potential and personality to be a
productive and responsible citizen.
OBEJCTIVES:
1. To provide a safe and secure environment in a homey
atmosphere for the different clientele;

3. Healing from traumatic experiences brought by the imbalance of
situation from their families, communities and themselves;
4. To reach the full potential of abilities as a human and able to live
independently and responsibly
BENEFICIARIES
1. CHILDREN in CONFLICT WITH THE LAW housed at Building 1
a. Child aged above 15 but below 18 years of age upon commission of
offense and with case filed in court
b. Child who are above 12 years old but below 15 years old who
committed a serious offense
c. Child who are 12 years old but below 15 years old a repeat offender
and previously subjected to an intervention
d. A child in conflict with the law who are neglected, abandoned and
abused
2. CHILDREN IN NEED OF SPECIAL PROTECTION housed at
Building 2
a. Male street children aged below 18 years old and previously admitted
at Bahay Pag-asa for second times or more
b. Male Children who was rescued on the street during SACLEO
operation of the City Government due to curfew violation
3. CHILDREN AND WOMEN IN NEED OF SPECIAL PROTECTION
housed at Building 4
a. Neglected and abandoned children/ babies
b. Female child below 18 years old victims/ survivors of physical and
sexual abuse
c. Female child below 18 years old survivors of trafficking
d. Female Child in conflict with the law aged below 18 years of age
e. Female street children below 18 years of age and admitted at the
center for second times or more depending on the assessment of the
social worker
f. Female children who are depending on the assessment of the social
worker at risk in the community, with extreme parental disobedience
depending on the assessment of the social worker
IV. GEOGRAPHICAL COVERAGE
The Bahay Pag-asa is located at St. Francis VII, Brgy. San Antonio,
Binan City is operating to serve solely children residents of Binan
City.
PROGRAMS AND SERVICES

S- Social Services

Social services focus on the conduct of home visits, collateral E- Education

interviews, individual session, group work, reports preparation,
attendance to court hearings, family visits and dialogue and social
preparation of the child during court hearing.
The service aims for the intellectual upliftment of the residents. It
offers Alternative Learning System (ALS) and accept modular system
for those who are enrolled in formal school but admitted at Bahay
Pag-asa.

H- Homelife
E- Economic
It is a home life setting with structured activities for the residents to

It is geared towards the wellness of the residents. Includes
dispensing of appropriate medicine, giving first aid to wounded,
referral to hospital for appropriate interventions.

wrongdoings and change his ways.
 S- Spiritual

It is geared towards the spiritual upliftment and nourishment of the

residents through bible sharing and bible study facilitated by
volunteer Christian organization and Holy mass conducted by
volunteer priest.

S- Socio- cultural

Socio- cultural activities that helps develop self- esteem and self-
worth through showcasing of their talents and skills.

S- Security

Security services attends to the safety and security of the residents

as well as the staff and the center’s properties.
