9. Financial Bid Opening and Financial Evaluation Report

 The skills required are many and vary, A civil Engineer must be prepared for all situations and be able to manage
uncertainty and change in a less defined environment. A Civil Engineer must update himself with new technologies,
techniques material cost, method, procedure and civil engineering principles. The civil Engineer must strive to further
develop and enhance their skills so as to continue performing their daily duties successfully.
 Following the official memo, the evaluation team thoroughly evaluated the bidder financial proposal and On June 13,
2022 with an internal memo notifies the financial evaluation findings to Director Supply chain management at the same
time on the memo the director requested to notify the bidders on their offer after arithmetic checking.
10. Claim After Arithmetic checking and Resolution

 Following the release of the result of arithmetic checking on the bidder financial proposal ,One of the bidder has raise
its claim with formal letter on its financial proposal offer after arithmetic checking and also requested the copy financial
proposal to be opened. Hence the procurement committee after thoroughly discussion has accepted the claim and
decided to open the financial copy. Hence the financial copy was opened in the presence of all bidders
11. Procurement committee final Decision

 Following the claim, the procurement committee sat again for final resolution and finally came up with the ongoing bid
process to be cancelled and the procurement process to be continued by shortlisting.
12. Current Status

 Currently by the direction of Procurement committee and by assigning team, from July 29, 2022, the team has
assessed and identified the fittings contractors and the assessment report shall be discharged today on August 16,
2022.
