Payment Terms.

i. 60% advances with confirm work order. (Total job amount)

ii. 35% of total amount will be paid after completion of 40 % of work & continuously.
iii. Final 5% of total amount will be paid after completion of full work.

Conditions:
 The client arranges electricity, water, and labor shed, if necessary.
 Final bill should be paid within seven working days after submitted of bill.
 In case of any additional work other than above mention then payment will be paid by client
to contractor at market rate after both party negotiations.
 The quoted price is Excluding VAT&AIT.
 This offer is valid up to one month.

