FIELD Study I :

INTRODUCTION:

Teaching learning activities is greatly affected by the Learner’s Development physically,


cognitively and Socio Emotional. Favourable development as provided by parents, caregiver and
family experiences contribute to effective physical, motor, linguistic, cognitive and emotional
development of learners which should be adapted to one’s actual cognitive development
making learning favourable to the child. In the process of learning the teacher considering the
learners’ interest, needs, culture, socio cultural, and socio emotional environment should be
considered to make learning easy achieved by the learners.

Observation and analysis will also deal with the different strategies that will enhance the
learner’s interest and urgent need for continuity of learning in this Pandemic Time.
Nevertheless, the significance of Modern Technology will be given much attention for issues and
concern of the learners to learn the prescribed learning module and possibility of concrete
assessment is made possible through the modern technology of communication to keep
everyone safe. Learning module prepared for the learner to give possibility of continuous
learning if possible in all learning areas will be carefully analysed to assist he future teacher
learn to face the flexibility of teaching learning situation to face the reality of the situation.

To maximize and make learning enjoying by observing the actual application of theories and
principles learned I during the pre service preparation making learning meaningful and
preparing the activities as output , while giving significance to the learning environment as one
of the factors contributory to learners’ experiences and development.

3. Reflect the significance as per theories and principles learned. And its effective
implementation in the field of teaching.
4. Analyse learning modules and its contribution for continuity of learning.
5. Emphasize the significance of home environment and parents/ caregiver assistance in
this mode of distant Learning.
6. Suggest in line with principles and theories learned to assist the child sustain the
interest to pursue quality education in the midst of this health crisis experience by
everyone.
7. Process oneself to prepare quality and complete output , the basis of meaningful
observation done, preparing quality, complete and presentable hard copy of
experiences and observations in actual classroom situation.

For the FS students, you are given the proper instruction to follow to avoid future issues and
arrive to meaningful experiences in this Field of Study despite the crisis we all experience.
Follow strictly the suggestions and recommendations for everyone’s safety and security.

1. This module expect that you will perform individually, observe and analyse guided by
your previous learnings in the Principles of Teaching , Theories in learning, and
strategies in different subject areas and collaboratively edited by group arriving to
quality activities output.
2. For observation and interview of teacher, parents and community people try to observe
short period of contact. For further interview, do the needed questioning through cell
phone for lesser contact to observe the proper health protocol in this present health set
up.
3. As expected, respect and genuine courtesy should be practice as JPC student, deal with
person concern in the most courteous way and the confidentiality of the answer in
interview should be properly observed.
4. Activities output should be submitted on time to avoid the delay of assessing your
output and submission of your grades by term (Prelim, Midterm and Finals) As Fourth
Year Education students , you are expected to present output like areal teacher .
Always remember, in the field, reports submitted determines your personality. Present
yourself in the best presentable way possible. Therefore your Activities will be assessed
30% presentation ( not the artistic way but orderly and formal presentation ) Grammar
and organization of answer 30% and 40% for contents and Insights written, giving 100%
for the participation and paper presented which is 40% of your grade and 60% for
Written major Exam.

MODULE 2 : Learning Curriculum and Assessment in Learning :

Curriculum serves as Guide and pathway to the orderly and continuous activities for holistic
learning. As such pre requisite knowledge is clearly defined to make learning relevant and
meaningful in preparation for finishing the grade level or/and selected Course of Study. As such,
to comply all the needed related learning leading to theoretical as well as application of the
theories and principles learned through on the job training and/or practice teaching/ Internship
for Education Course. General or specific Goals are then incorporated to arrive to holistic and
