Project Synopsis

Title: - Food Donation Website.


Objectives: -
1. The objectives of our website are to enable a link of communication and interaction among
NGO’s, Doner and Needy Peoples.
2. Enable easy interaction between doners and organization.
3. Make Work Faster and Quicker by digitizing It via our website.
4. Donated item shall Safely to reach the intended needy persons after this interaction and it
reduce lack of awareness.
Technical Analysis: -
We will use HTML, CSS, JavaScript as a Front-End Languages and as a Back-End
we use PHP. For creating this website interactive and validate we will use JavaScript, for
Back-End Work we use PHP (Preprocessor Hypertext), to make and feel user friendly and
more attractive we use CSS (Cascading Style Sheet).
SRS: -
1) Introduction
In this Project we are going to develop Food Donation Website. We will Develop this
website using HTML, CSS, JavaScript as Front-end programming languages, for backend we
will use PHP and for database we use SQL.

2) General Description
In Food Donation Website We will develop a website portal. This is very helpful to
our social workers, NGO Parties & orphanages. If doner wants to donate a food from their
current location, then doner simply visit our portal and select meals and just click donate. In
this portal there is mainly three registrations first one is Social Workers and that type of
Systems, second one is Doner (who want to donate Food) and last is Food Providers. In our
portal we'll keep it all information of social workers, NGOs and those will deliver the ordered
food to All needed people's.

3) Functional Requirements
For Doner:
a) Donate item (Click on donate, then select what item and in which form you
wish to donate and have a food supplier pick up your item for you)
b) Check where the Food Providers has reached and the status of your donated
item
c) Search and select NGO as per need
For NGO management
1 Accept and manage requests by the donors and give order to Food Providers.
2 Keep track of the performance and whereabouts of the Food Providers.
For Food Providers
a) Accept requests given by management.
b) Provide Proper Food As per the NGO Managements request

4) Interface Requirements: -
a) The web interface should populate related data from existing records.
b) Provide end user interface is for discovery and delivery of manage the
representation information or user.

5) Performance Requirements: -
a) Safety
b) Serviceability
c) Restorability

6) Non-Function attributes: -

a) Portability
Since this is a website, it shall be available for the majority of visitors on their
any devices.

b) Usability
The system needs to be easy to use and understand. Our website will be easy
for users to navigate through and they can easily use the functionalities of the app
in a smooth manner. Changing of various activities shall allow for easy shifting of
tasks.

c) Privacy
The Website shall take care of not to leak any donor's personal profile
information to other users or people. Only information relevant and necessary
shall be visible.

d) Performance
The website should respond to users in a considerable time window. It should
not be too slow or too fast for the users. The application's response time should
not hinder the user in his tasks.

e) Scalability
Website should able to adapt itself to the increased user load or more users in
order to handle more data as time progresses.
f) Reliability
This website should be reliable to perform its tasks. For example, a user
should rely that in case he wishes to donate an item, request is sent to the Food
Provider side otherwise it would be an unreliable app.

Advantage: -
1) Better informed doner.
2) Family and friend’s benefit
3) It also benefits the doner in improving the physical, phycological, emotional and
spiritual well-being.
Disadvantage: -
1) Ongoing efforts.
