Creates a Blast (8) Gravimetric Vortex that has Kinetic Special Rule. Deals 1D5 damage, ignoring Damage Resistance, per every Half Action a
Character is in the Vortex. Vortex draws all Characters within Blast (8) into the center of the Vortex, with a –(X) Strength Test to break free. (X) is -30, with an
extra -5 per every Meter within the Blast (8) the Character is. For example, a Character at the center of the vortex gets a total of -70 Penalty, while a Character
just within the range of the Vortex is at a -35 Penalty. The Vortex lasts for 4 Rounds.
