Rationale Conference is an important opportunity of bringing together educational leaders and teachers
to convene for information updates and to discuss vital issues with bearing in the delivery of
basic education services. The School Year 2022-2023 marks the resumption of a person in-
person classes and that the transitioning requires for necessary preparations and discussions. To
offer personnel direct access to information and collaborate with one another in keeping up with
the ideals of their individual mandates and responsibilities as commitment to the achievement of
organizational goals, this assembly for all teachers and school leaders is conducted.
Objectives Objectives:
At the end of this Assembly, the participants will be able to:
a. keep abreast with current issues and concerns
b. work collaboratively with peers in addressing Division /School issues and concerns of
vital interest to teachers, learners and personnel
c. commit to implement DepEd programs and projects
d. promote a culture of responsibility, accountability and transparency in service
Safety Measures Everyone’s safety is ensured. The venue is cleared from hazard as communicated by its
management. Other possible conditions where the personnel will be exposed to danger are taken
cared of. Health and safety protocols will be strictly observed

Accountability The SDS and ASDS oversee the overall conduct of the activity with the functional unit chiefs,
cluster heads and school heads directly ensuring the safety and demeanor of personnel during
the activity; as well as in the attainment of the activity’s objectives through the inculcation of
teamwork and cooperation among them.
After Care Personnel hold responsibility of securing their personal belongings & to put priority to their
safety. Strict observance of health and safety protocols ensured.
Success Indicator Updates on education are shared and discussed. Concerns and other imperatives for the opening
of classes are taken up. Important contributions of each level of governance in the entire SDO
are recognized.
Sustainability The expectations set for the basic education implementers and key personnel in the schools and
SDO will be met. Planned out PAPs and other educational matters will be implemented and
sustained throughout the year.
