Topic: Popular Sports In Canada

I. Introduction
A. hook: Hi, “curiosity is one of the great secrets of happiness”, said Bryant H. McGill. Do you
think this is true?

B. Connecting information: On the other hand, golf, football, lacrosse, hockey… all of them
are examples of Popular Sports in Canada. Also, these are the most played sports in Canada.
C. Thesis statement: You know, I agree with McGill. The truth is that this quote is everything
you need to take into consideration when talking about something that makes you happy and that
helps you in many ways, in this case: sports. Canadian sports are principally considered fun, and
recreational. and sometimes it has to do with relaxation. Fitness, physical health, skill development,
and hobbies are some ways Canadian people face sports.

A. People concentrate on having a good time without stressing.

Canadian sports are sports that can vary in so many aspects. Hockey, Lacrosse, and gridiron football
are the most popular sports. Some of them are played in different seasons of the year, especially in
Canada. They mostly are played in Summer, Fall, Spring, and Winter. Canadian sports are so much
related to US sports. Mostly they are practice for hobbies, physical health, fitness, fun, recreation,
relaxation and finally skill development. Olympics and championships are also very related to
Canadian Sports.
