 Time Management skill is a very important skill of the secretary .Explain with illustration
how effectively you will manage your time in the time.
 Human relation skill: what is your option how secretaries apply this skill in the office.
ANSWER

For most administrative secretaries , this means learning how to work smarter, track how long it
takes you to complete task ,and learn what schedule optimize your output Time management is
the practice of using the time that you have available in the useful and effective way, especially
in your work .Time management skill are most often addressed as productivity. Good time
management allows you to accomplish more in the shorter period of time which leads to more
free time ,which lets you take advantage of learn opportunities ,lowers your stress, and helps
you focus, which leads to more carrier success.. Some of the most important time management
skill includes

ORGANIZATION

Staying organized can help you maintain a clear picture of what you need to complete and
when. Being well organized might mean maintaining an up-to date colander, being able to
allocate certain document easily, having a tidy environment and taking detailed, diligent
notice

PRIORITIZATION

Assessing each of your responsibilities for priority is key in being a good time
manager .There are many ways to prioritize what you need to accomplish .You might decide
to complete fast ,simple items followed by longer, more involved ones. Alternatively you
might prioritize your task starting with the most time sensitive, or a combination of both.

GOAL SETTING

Goal setting is the first step to becoming a good time manager. Goal setting allows you to
clearly understand your end goal and what a exactly you need to prioritize to accomplish
it.Setting both short and long term goals can lead to success in your career.
COMMUNICATION
Developing strong communication skills can allow you to make your plans ad goals clear
to people you work with. It’s also allows you to delegate, which lets you focus on
completing the most important, relevant tasks that align with your goals. Communication
helps create a better understanding better removing misunderstanding and creating clarity
of though and expression. Its brings people together, closer to each other and is a
important communication function closely related to each other

PLANNING

A fundamental part of time management is planning. Being efficient in planning out your
day, meetings and how you will accomplish things will help you stick to your schedule. Its
also helps thins about the activities required to achieve a desire goal and involves in the
creation and maintenance of a plan such as psychological aspect that requires conceptual
skill.

DELEGATION

Being a good time manager means ,only completing work that will help you and your
company accomplish goals .Whilst this skill is most often done by managers you can also
practice delegating task if you are managing a project. While its can often be difficult to say
‘’no” when someone ask you to do something at work, it’s important to practice having
boundaries to manage your time well and ultimately accomplish your goals.

B. HUMAN RELATION SKILL

Human relation skill is also known as management skill facilitating effective interaction with
personnel These skill includes leadership, communication, decision making, negotiation
concealing and conceptual skill which helps interact in a healthy way with others to build
effective relationship. Since many companies organizational structures depends upon people
working together ,positive human relation skill reduce conflict in the work place ,therefore
making work place more productive. Human relation approach concentrates on the
acknowledgement and supporting each employee to encourage growth and fulfillment as well as
health bottom line. The objectives of this method is designed to yield higher Morales,
enthusiasm, creativity and good health. Human relationships between employees and
management are of substantial value in many workplace, which helps train employees by
addressing their needs, fostering a work place culture and resolving issues among individuals in
the firm.
