“Plant Tree Get Oxygen For Free”

By: NESTY JOHN D. CORALDE

“Trees are the best monument that a man can erect to his
own memory. They speak his praises without flattery, and
they arew the blessings to children yet unborn.” – Lord
Orrery.

Trees provide so many benefits to our everyday lives. They filter

clean air, provide fresh drinking water, help curb climate change,
and create homes for thousands of species of plants and animals.
Planting a billion trees can help save the Earth from climate
change and biodiversity loss.
Pursuant to BSP National Memorandum No. 53 s. 2022 and
Council Memorandum NO. 07, s. 2022 which is the “2022 Council
Simultaneous Tree Planting Activity”, TUBAJON NATIONAL HIGH
SCHOOL actively participated the said activity with unity and
cooperation. Teachers, as well as the students, gave heartily their
time to plant trees at the School’s respective are.
As their motto says “Laging Handa”, the senior Scouts of
Tubajon National High School headed by the Boyscout
Coordinator Mr. Nesty John D. Coralde, Engaged with the call of
service to facilitate the Tree Planting Activity. They planted variety
of tree seedlings around the School Campus in order to provide
benefits from the trees in the future. Teachers and students also
planted their smiles and effort during the said activity.
If it seems like a simple solution to solving the problem of
climate change, that’s because it is for the most part. While
industries continue to create harmful emissions, planting trees
maybe one of the most effective and affordable ways to offset rising
emission.
As trees grow, they would absorb and store the carbon dioxide
that are driving up temperatures on Earth. A worldwide planting
effort would remove up to two-thirds of all emissions generated by
human activities. So, what are you waiting for, let us all plant
tress!
