In the accomplishment of this project successfully I would like to express my special gratitude to my
family who keep cheering, encouraging and support me in every school activity. To my teacher Mrs. Lyn
Francia B. Trinidad and to our school, Sta. Justina National High School who gave me this golden
opportunity to do this wonderful project and continuously growing as a student. This project helped me
in doing lot of research and come to know about so many things. To all of my instructor I am so grateful

Hope you’ll doing okay these days because we are all graduating students at school of Sta. Justina, hope
all of us will graduate. Before we all graduate, we go first with the struggles and stress to achieve our
goals as a student. There comes so many assignments, project, and task to be pass soon, activities at
school just like this work immersion. This is very important to have this work immersion because this is
our key to move on in our other goal, we’re not able to work outside because of the pandemic I guess I
will enjoy doing it here in our home by myself. Work immersion doesn’t mean you will work with others
just to pass our activities at school, but we will listen to them to do what we need to do and help the,
lessen their works. Work immersion also help us to know how businesses, or a worker do to be more
productive or successful with their doings. This activity of school helps us to put our learnings at school
in real situations.

INTRODUCTION
Work immersion is one of the course requirements for graduation. A Senior High School
Students has to undergo Work Immersion in an industry that directly relays to the student’s
postsecondary goal. Through Work Immersion, the students are exposed and be become
familiar with work-related environment related to their field of specialization to enhance their
competence. Specially, the students are able to: (i) gain relevant and practical industrial skills
under the guidance of industry experts and workers: (ii) appreciate the importance and
application of the principles and theories taught in school; (iii) enhance their technical
knowledge and skills;(iv) enrich their skills in communication and human relation; and (v)
develop good work habits, attitudes, appreciation, and respect to work. These prepare them to
meet the needs and challenge of employment or higher education after graduation.
Academic institutions are faced with challenges particularly on the skill they produce which
do not match the need of the industry. A significant number of graduates today are unable to
fill the job opening due to job-skill mismatch. A great number these skills found lacking by
companies are taught in the academe that is, technical, human resource and conceptual skills.
In addition to that, these skills can also be reinforced through on-the-job training programs.

prepare them once they get out of the university college. One of the goals of the K to 12 Basic
Education Program is to develop in learners the competence, work ethic, and values relevant to
pursuing further education and/or joining the world of work. To achieve greater congruence
between basic education and nation’s development target, Work Immersion, a required subject
has been incorporated int the curriculum. This subject will provide learners with opportunities:
(i) to become familiar with the workplace; (ii) for employment simulation: and (iii) to apply their
