1. Copy of this appointment letter as a proof of your appointment day and time.
2. Valid identification document with your Name, Date of Birth and Photograph i.e. Passport, travel document or
national ID card.
3. Applicable Service fee in an acceptable mode of payment

b.Our Service Fee is changing, effective 18 April 2022. Please plan your visit in keeping with this update.
4. A copy of the Biometric letter issued by the Department of Home Affairs, Australia showing your personal
details and a VLN (Visa Lodgement Number) to enable enrolment of your Biometrics. (Printed format is preferred)
5. If visiting centre for Online Visa Assist service, supporting documents to enable the application lodgement
process.

- If you are late or have missed your appointment on the scheduled day, the system will not allow you to
reschedule or cancel the appointment after the appointment time has lapsed and you will be required to book a
new appointment after 24 hours.
