Good morning Mark,
 
Your resignation letter dated 15 November 2021 is received and NOT accepted.
 
Reason being, you have only given us a week’s notice.
 
As per the terms and conditions of your employment contract :
 
“12. Termination: the Company may terminate your employment with or without cause upon giving
you notice, or pay you in lieu of notice. Following satisfactory completion of the probationary period,
the period of notice by either party will be as per Schedule1 Item 7.If you are dismissed for gross
misconduct, act of dishonesty, or convicted of a criminal offence the dismissal will take effect
immediately and no payment in lieu of notice will be made.”
 
Schedule 1, Item 7 – Notice period is 1 month.
 
You are required to give us a month’s notice or you or your new employer can pay us in lieu
of the notice period.
