MANAGEMENT ASPECT

OBJECTIVES OF THE BUSINESS

This study aims to create the following objectives:
-Investigate the viability of making the vinegar through the agricultural industry
with the use of Banana;
-To raise the profit from the said business proposal;
-Assigned a person for each task and how many of them; and
-Organize policies in the proposed business.

The form of business ownership would be partnership because they consist of 6

members. Partnership is a form of business where two or more people shared equal
ownerships, as well as the responsibility for managing the company and income that the
business generates.
The researchers proposed project will be owned and manage by them. In that case, they
do not hire more employees to work in the business because they work by themselves.

CAPITALIZATION
The business starting capital would be 1million pesos that will come from the personal
savings of the owners. It would be an individual contribution among the owners
amounted of 166,667 pesos. The capital shared by the owners would be enough in buying
materials and machines needed in putting up the business

COMPENSATION

MANPOWER REQUIREMENTS
MANAGER
- A manager has to perform functions like planning, organizing, staffing, directing
and controlling.
-In charge of a firms overall practice management day to day operation.
*Graduate in any related course and having at least 2 year experience in managing
business.
MACHINE OPERATOR
-Responsible for operating the machineries
*Graduated in any related course with experience on the related job
SALES PERSONNEL
-They are the one who sell the product to the consumer and make profit to the
business.
*at least high school graduate, have a selling work experience, can do the job
effectively and with pleasing personality
LABORER
-Responsible for producing the product.
*know how to make the product
