RE: August Polling

Methodology
A statewide poll of 403 likely general election voters was conducted August 18-28, 2022 via phone with
live interviewers. Seventy-three percent (73.2%) of respondents were contacted on a cell phone and
26.8% were contacted on a landline. Respondents are proportionate to voters in terms of region, gender,
age and political party affiliation. The margin of error is ±4.9%.

Findings
The August polling shows Congressman Armstrong dominating the election for U.S. House of
Representatives. At the time of the survey, Kelly Armstrong was leading Democratic challenger Mark
Haugen by 36% and independent challenger Cara Mund by 30%. Furthermore, Congressman Armstrong
had significant leads among both men and women, within all age groups and in all regions across the
state.
