Job Requisites.
Should have experience of managing atleast 15 - 20 field team members i.e. Field Engineers, FRTs & Route Patrollers.
Should be able to plan Preventive maintenance & Scheduled maintenanace activities to prevent network faults & improve
network uptime.
Should be able to do Analysis (RCA) of Fibers faults for earliest restoration and to avoid repeating of same faults.
Should have good understanding of Excel & preparing Daily OFC fault tracking reports, Patrolling Trackers & Preventive
Maintenance Reports.
Should have good communications & presentation skills for performance reviews with Customer.
Should have hand-on experience of using OTDR, Splicing Machine & Cable Locator to guide team in field.
Should be expert in analysing OTDR traces to identify fault/ loss points in Fiber Links & Should be able to prapare OTDR &
LSPM reports.
Should have good communications & presentation skills for performance reviews with Customer.
Should have very good liasoning & contacts with HDD vendors, JCB vendors & authorities in Gurgaon to prevent damange
of own fiber Network while excavation activities being carried out by them.
