RE: Consulting Analysis

This Memorandum is in regard to how we, Synergy Consulting, can boost your sales
and improve employee performance by gathering data and guiding you in what needs to
improve in your company so that RGV Inc. may flourish.

First, we will look at sales. What we will do first is observe what specific products sell
more in certain regions and push more product of what the demand is calling for, and in
turn, scale down on the products that are not selling, effectively increasing your profit
margin while cutting costs. This observation will take about one month to fully grasp
which regions and products to focus on, but you can be rest assured that sales will be
increased by 25% minimum.

The next step in improving your company’s overall performance is to start by giving
incentives for the top salesman. Giving a $250 bonus to the top salesman at the end of
month is sure to light a fire in each and every one of your salesmen and in turn is
making your employees go above and beyond and increase the overall Revenue per
employee margins.

Lastly, we will conduct surveys to all our salesman how we can make work more
enjoyable. Whether that be adding a couple more vacation days to the calendar, or
giving mandatory breaks every 2 hours. Doing these surveys will surely decrease the
employee turnover rate and increase the Average Daily Attendance.

Once we implement these strategies, RGV inc. is sure to be back on track to being the
great company it once was.
