ACTIVITY COMPLETION REPORT

I. Title: Kabalikat Civicom 168 Karatong Chapter

II. Venue: Rawis Elementary School

Date: December 28, 2021

III. Summary
As COVID-19 pandemic emerge, helping one another become the vital
attitude to us. It is because we give importance and care to those who needs
help. With this, Kabalikat Civicom 168 Karatong Chapter-an organization
which aims to help even in a small contribution to every child especially to
pupils. The organization headed by Ma’am Thelma Bateo, the organization’s
president has chosen Rawis Elementary School for their outreach program.
Kindergarten and first grade pupils received food packs, reading and numeracy
materials that can be useful in learning in this time of pandemic.
The outreach program conducted by Kabalikat Civicom 168 Karatong
Chapter to Rawis Elementary School pupils started at exactly 10:00 in the
morning of December 28, 2021. The first part of the program was prayer
followed by introducing the organization and their statement of purpose led by
Ma’am Thelma Bateo. All members of the organization help each other in
distribution of food packs and learning materials with picture taking. Out of 57
pupils from combined number of Kindergarten and Grade 1 pupils, only 50
pupils attended. Some pupils were not able to attend the outreach program
held at the said school because of some personal reasons. Ma’am Rosalie C.
Palaña, the school head of Rawis Elementary School gave her message and
certificate of appreciation to Kabalikat Civicom 168 Karatong Chapter in their
generosity and kindness. The activity was ended at exactly 11:30 and all of the
pupils were happy and it only means that the activity of the organization was a
successful one.
The school, school personnel, member of the said organization followed
the IATF health protocol such as wearing facemask and physical distancing in
conducting the activity. Pupils were guide by their parents in attending the
activity done by Kabalikat Civicom 168 Karatong Chapter.

IV. Actual Result/Outcomes

The activity was successfully done. Both school and its member, the
organization and its member felt grateful in conducting such activity. It helped
pupils to be thankful in receiving blessing to other people despite of pandemic.

V. Problem Encountered
The only problem we encountered was the attendance. Some pupils were
not able to attend the outreach program because personal reason such as
taking risk of their health. We were able to solve such concerns by giving or
distributing them the food pack and learning material to their houses. The
Kindergarten and Grade 1 adviser went to pupil’s house to distribute the gift
given by Kabalikat Civicom 168 Karatong Chapter.

VI. Lesson Learned

Most important lesson we have learned from this activity is having a good
connection of the school to the external stakeholders such as non-profit
organization. Having a good camaraderie leads to the development of both
school and community. We should also take the lesson of being grateful in
every blessing given by other people just to help us our needs even in a
simplest form.
VII. Sustainability/Replication
This kind of activity conducted by Kabalikat Civicom 168 Karatong
Chapter of Dulag is really much important to every school. All schools are
recommended to invite non-profit organizations which aims to help pupils in
school.
